The group accommodation consists of five separate apartments, so your privacy is guaranteed. Each apartment is spaciously furnished and equipped with all necessary facilities. The apartments are connected via a central staircase. In addition to the private apartments, there are various common areas where you can get together. Outside, you will find three meeting rooms that are ideal for communal activities, a sauna to relax and a fitness room for sports enthusiasts. In addition, the accommodation has a library, an attractive hunting lodge and a cozy breakfast room. When the weather is nice, you can barbecue together on the roof and/or garden terrace and enjoy the beautiful surrounding nature.

The area offers plenty of opportunities in every season. There are beautiful ski slopes in the immediate vicinity. Winterberg is known for its world-famous bobsleigh track and ski jump. But there is also plenty to do outside the winter months. For hikers, the region is a paradise, with a wide choice of hiking trails. We recommend the well-known hiking trail 'Der Rothaarsteig', which is popular all year round. A hike to the top of the highest mountain in northwestern Germany, the 842-metre-high Kahler Asten, offers a breathtaking view and is absolutely worth it. Mountain bike fans can indulge themselves in the Upper Sauerland, which is considered a real mountain bike mecca.
The group accommodation is easily accessible both by car and by public transport, which makes it an ideal destination for any group.
