Holidayhome Schmallenberg (SML-007)

Located next to the fast-flowing river Lenne and opposite the park of Schmallenberg. Near the Netherlands and near Winterberg. Ideal for families and groups of friends from 15 to a maximum of 30 people. The famous cycle route along the fast-flowing river Lenne runs past the house. You can also walk straight from the house into the hills and forests. In winter also ideally located, close to ski slopes, and often there is snow (snow cannons). The owner is from the Netherlands.

A group accommodation in Germany with a large terrace

You have access to a furnished living room. You even have a real bar with professional tap (optional) and cooling. You can of course bring your own drinks. Two large round seats have been made in the two bay windows. In addition, a sitting area has been created around the fireplace. In the dining room you can dine with your group and from here you have a view over the Lenne (river) and the hills. There is a flat screen TV in the living room. Wireless free internet is available everywhere. The spacious kitchen is professionally equipped with a cooking island including induction hob with 8 burners and two Miele ovens. Catering is also possible. On the two floors are ten very spacious bedrooms. Seven bedrooms with shower, toilet, and sink. The other three bedrooms have sinks in the room, but the bathroom with massage and rain shower is in the hallway. In addition to the group accommodation on the southwest, you have a large Biergarten (terrace) with garden furniture. You can park on site and there is also parking opposite the accommodation. There are games in front and in the basement is a room with table football and a table tennis table. Opposite, 50 meters from the group accommodation, is a playground with swings, slide, sandbox, cable car, etc. Football and jeu de boules are also very good in the park. Bread service is possible.

The small town of Schmallenberg is located in the heart of Hoch-Sauerland. Winterberg is 15 km as the crow flies. The area is wooded, mountainous up to 850 m altitude with many streams and lakes. Ski slope in the immediate vicinity (1km) and several 10 to 15 minutes away by car. From mid-December to the end of March, the mercury quickly drops below zero and winter sports can be practiced in abundance. Hiking and Nordic walking can be done directly from the group accommodation. The famous Rothaarsteig route is also nearby. Cycling along the Lenne river is also recommended. The cycle path runs past the property. The municipal spring swimming pool (within walking distance) is open from June to September. Swimming in the indoor Sauerland Bad in Bad Fredeburg, the 18-hole golf course in Sellinghausen also offers week and weekend golf courses for beginners and advanced skiers.
