If you choose this location with large garden and plenty of parking space (1500 m² ground surface) you will have the privilege of a rippling brook in your garden. The half-timbered farmhouse offers space to families and groups of friends from 12 to 18 people.

The farmhouse has a spacious entrance/hallway with toilet room and dedicated storage space for your skis, bikes, etc. From the hallway you will also reach a bar with lounging corner. The kitchen is supplied with all possible amenities and a wood-burning stove. From the kitchen you reach the large living/dining room with entry to a spacious balcony/terrace with a view of the garden with its brook. The living room has a lounging corner with TV and DVD player. The dining area is equipped with a long table. You will find a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin on the ground floor. On the upper floor you will find the other bed- and bathrooms. There is one bathroom with shower, bath and washbasin and one bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. You will also find a separate shower and toilet here. The farmhouse has central heating and has a modern wood-burning stove in the kitchen. There is also a room with table tennis/pool table, table football game and shuffleboard.

Oberrarbach has a strategic location within the Winterberg-Bad Fredeberg-Meschede triangle. The environment is forest and hilly up to 850 meters, with many streams and lakes. In the direct vicinity you will find five ski slopes, a five to 10 minutes trip by car, of which Bodefeld-Hunau is the longest with 1326 meters. You can go (Nordic) walking straight from the village: there are five trails which start 10 meters from the farm. You can go swimming in the Sauerlandbad in Bad Fredeburg.
