The house has a spacious entrance/hall where the characteristic kitchen is located on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with many conveniences. Upstairs is the spacious sitting room with TV/DVD and views of the terrace and over the village; the hallway / landing with 2 bathrooms. There are six bedrooms. On the first floor is the fifth and sixth bedroom and a sauna. The group accommodation has a terrace and large garden, equipped with garden chairs and barbecue. There is a football table in the living room. The house is centrally heated and there is a fireplace stove in the hall. The house is suitable for self-catering, but a combination arrangement with the Gasthof Wollmeiner is 100 meters away for breakfast and/or dinner is also possible.

Oberrarbach is strategically very well located in the triangle Winterberg – Bad Fredeberg – Meschede. The area is wooded, mountainous up to 850 m altitude with many streams and lakes. 5 ski slopes in the immediate vicinity at 5 to 10 minutes by car, of which Bodefeld – Hunau is the longest with 1326 m. Hiking and Nordic Walking can be done directly from the village (5 routes 3.5 km. to 7.5 km.), the starting point is 20 m from the house. Swimming is possible in the Sauerland Bad in Bad Fredeburg, the 18-hole golf course in Sellinghausen also offers weekly and weekend golf courses for beginners and advanced skiers. Mini golf in Bodefeld and Bad Fredeburg. For water sports enthusiasts, there is the Hennesee 15 minutes away. Go-karting in Neuastenberg.
