This vacation home close to nature with a large terrace is perfect for a relaxing, relaxing vacation with family or friends in the Eifel.

The holiday home has seven bedrooms, three bathrooms and is 230 m² in size. It can accommodate up to 21 guests, including up to 18 adults. The property has two fully equipped living spaces, which are connected by a connecting door. This way you live with your friends under the same roof, but you still have enough privacy and time for yourself.

Exclusive use: Of course, the entire holiday home is at your disposal as long as there are no other guests.

The cottage has a large separate kitchen on the ground floor and a combined kitchen, dining and living room with kitchenette in the attic. The kitchen is equipped for up to 21 people, i.e. crockery, cutlery, pots etc. are sufficiently available. The other kitchen is equipped for up to ten people.

The large common and dining room on the ground floor can seat a total of more than 20 people at two tables. A very characteristic, mighty quarry stone wall creates a particularly pleasant and homely atmosphere, which is particularly well accentuated by the indirect lighting. The large dining table seats 14 people. In addition, there is a smaller table that can accommodate another eight guests.

A total of 7 bedrooms with 21 beds are available, of which up to 17 beds are suitable for adults. There are 4 double rooms, 3 quadruple rooms and 1 multi-bed room with 5 beds available.

The holiday home has two living areas and three seating groups, each with a flat screen. There are also plenty of books here, including about the Eifel (non-fiction books and crime novels) and board games.

There are three bathrooms, one on each floor. Each bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, toilet and window. The bathroom on the ground floor also has a urinal.

Outside there is about 1,000 m² of space. To the front of the house, facing south, you will find a large terrace with ample seating for all guests. Behind the holiday home there is also a small terrace with seating and a large lawn. There is also a large charcoal grill. There are plenty of parking spaces directly in front of the house.

The historic Eifelhaus is very quietly located in the small village of Zweifelscheid-Engelsdorf, in a small village in the middle of the idyllic nature of the Enz Valley in the Neuerburger Land of the Eifel. The Enztal cycle path leads directly to the house and there are many hiking trails nearby. The holiday home is completely free of charge, so you can spend your holiday here undisturbed and relaxed - whether you are with the whole family or with friends.

Please note that the cottage is close to three other cottages. We therefore ask you to adjust the volume to the time of day and to ensure a good night's sleep outside from 11 pm. We would like to point out that unaccompanied youth groups, young adults (up to 25 years), bachelor parties or binge drinking are not welcome.
