 This holiday home is located directly near the "Gate to the Eifel". The current Dutch owners have transformed it into a guest house where groups up to 36 people are welcome. The house is perfect for enjoying a relaxed holiday at the foot of the Eifel natural park with friends, families with children or colleagues. The bus to Monschau stops right outside. The entrance to the Eifel National Park is 100 meters from the house. The house has 12 spacious bedrooms, most equipped with private shower. There is also a private cafe and lounge area, a large party/dining room, kids room and a professional kitchen with all conceivable equipment. The flat screen television, stereo/DVD installation, free Wi-Fi, the large closable garden with barbecue and garden furniture and the spacious private parking spaces complete the holiday group home.

 The large living room features a fireplace. The large dining room offers space for 36 people, and has three highchairs. The kids/playroom, with large flat screen TV and DVD and CD players, is the perfect place to play for smaller children or to watch a movie. There are many toys and special children's furniture. The spacious professional stainless steel kitchen is equipped with all necessary facilities. Outside you will find three garages and a large private parking lot accommodating fifteen cars. The spacious garden (private, fenced, illuminated) with garden furniture, patio furniture and a gas barbecue calls for long summer evenings. Table tennis and table football games are also available. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and ten bedrooms on the first floor, see bedroom layout. 

 Discover the varied environment together 

 The house is located in the north of the German Eifel, and is about ten kilometers from the Belgian border. The area is hilly with alternating forests and meadows. The combination of the environment and the well-maintained alternating roads is perfect for motorcyclists and classic car tours. For water sports lovers, the beautiful Rursee is 20 minutes away and there are plenty of opportunities for excursions in the area, such as museums, medieval fortresses and towns. There are four golf courses nearby.
