On the ground floor you will find a cozy living room with sitting and dining area. The seating area features flat-screen TV, DVD player and radio with CD player. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, microwave and dishwasher. From the living room you have access to the balcony with garden furniture. The villa has 3 floors. In the basement there are 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and 2 bathrooms. On the first floor are the other bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A flat-screen TV is provided in 2 of the 6 bedrooms. You can use free Wi-Fi throughout the villa and at the park. Parking is available in the central parking lot within walking distance of the house. Guests have free access to the indoor pool and the outdoor pool every day. When the weather is nice, the lake also offers plenty of cooling. Sporty guests can go mountain biking, pedal boating, fishing or play beach volleyball. Bicycles can be rented at the park.
