This is a modern 6-person holiday home with a fully enclosed garden and private pool. Located just outside the city of Narbonne, the beaches of Narbonne and Gruissan are 17 km away. This holiday home is quiet and ideal for those who want to combine cultural and water activities. The house is adjacent to the owners’ house, but they are rarely present in summer. The garden is shared, 500 m2 is completely private.

The living room has a seating area and a TV with DVD player. The open kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner cooker, microwave, oven, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, toaster and dishwasher. The dining room has a large table for 6 and a high chair. The 2,500 m2 garden is fully fenced with trees, flowers and grass. The house has a private swimming pool (8 x 4 m) with security. The terrace is partly covered and has a seating area, deck chairs and a built-in barbecue.

Visit the abbeys of Fontfroide and Lagrasse, the castles of Cathar country or the city of Carcassonne. Nature lovers have also come to the right place at Hope. Canal du Midi, the lake of Jouarres and the large Regional Natural Park la Narbonnaise and Méiterranée are worth a visit.
