This group villa, located near the Belgian/Dutch border, offers comfortable accommodation for 6 to 12 people. The villa features a flat for 2 people and a separate room for another 2 people on the ground floor. Another 4 rooms are available on the first floor, allowing you to enjoy the villa with 12 adults in total. Each room is equipped with a TV, a private toilet and shower and free Wi-Fi. The 40m2 flat also has a bathtub. If desired, it is possible to add a baby cot in each room. In the apartment you will find a small kitchen with a fridge, kettle, Nespresso and Senseo coffee machine, an Airfryer and a 2-burner ceramic hob. The cosy living room of the apartment has a comfortable lounge sofa and a spacious dining table, as well as a television. Through the sliding doors you have access to the garden with a lovely terrace. This part of the garden is fenced off, so children can play safely. Moreover, a free gas barbecue is available for use. Bicycles and cars can be parked for free on the grounds.
