The property has 6 dormitory rooms with space for 12 people each. The number of dormitories made available for your party depends on the group size and the booking made. An extra dormitory is made available for every 12 people.

Depending on the size of your party and the number of dormitories booked, it may happen that another group is staying in the accommodation at the same time. As a result, the entire accommodation is not exclusively for one group as standard. The dormitories are allocated separately per group.

The shower facilities are also divided into separate shower rooms. When several groups are present, each group is assigned its own shower room. So you don't share the shower room with the other group.

In the building you will also find a bright living room with a view of the water and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, a large fenced garden with tables and chairs awaits, where there is plenty of space to spend time outdoors together, have a barbecue or cosy up around the firepit. Extra special is the wooden teepee, which can be used as an attractive extra living space.

The surroundings also invite you to go out. The region around Oudenaarde is known for its rolling landscape and the famous cycling hills from the Tour of Flanders. This makes it a beautiful destination for cyclists and walkers. If you are looking for culture and fun, you can walk to the historic centre of Oudenaarde in about half an hour, with museums, terraces and the Tour of Flanders Centre.
