This beautiful castle dates back to the 15th century and is surrounded by an English landscape garden. As soon as you drive onto the estate, the authentic castle atmosphere takes over and you leave the hustle and bustle of the modern world for what it is. The castle with English garden, the moat and the coach house are enough sights for a whole weekend. You will stay here with a maximum of 24 people.

The castle takes you back in time. When you open the castle door, you enter the hunting room where the homely and stylish character of the castle meets you. Then you walk into the country kitchen, with an AGA stove. The castle has both a men's salon and a ladies' salon. These attractive living rooms have a spacious dining lounge and a comfortable sitting area. The room is equipped with a fireplace, flat screen TV and stereo system. Everything that makes a pleasant weekend even more enjoyable. In this castle you sleep in one of the no less than 9 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own sink and one bedroom is in the style of the bridal suite. There are four bathrooms. At the bottom of the castle is a cellar pub. The space is attractively decorated as a brown café where everyone feels at home. Ideal for family parties, work drinks or to celebrate the last hours of a wedding.

This fairytale castle is located on the edge of the dreamy village of Boekhoute and surrounded by farmlands. In this dreamy village you will find a bakery, a culinary butcher (open on Sunday mornings) and various terraces. Boekhoute is only 12 km south of Terneuzen, 30 km north of Ghent and 40 km east of Bruges. In short, there is plenty of romance, culture and shopping opportunities around the corner.
