Group accommodation in Belgium with outdoor swimming pool 
The seating area features a TV and a bar. The communal living space is about square meters. There is a radio, table football, and there are board games. There is also a beamer which makes meetings and presentations possible. The kitchen has an open area with 5 gas burners, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, and oven. There are 4 x 2 person rooms with bathroom and toilet on the ground floor. There are also 3 toilets in the common room. On the first floor 4 family rooms 3-4-5 and 6 person room with bathroom and toilet. The accommodation is located on the right side of the site (see map.) Outside there is a beautiful large terrace with approximately 5000 m2 of play space. There is a trampoline and a tennis table outside, there is also a barbecue. The group accommodation has a large living room and annex a covered and heated terrace with a barbecue, a large bar and a large kitchen. You can use the swimming pond for free and for extra luxury, you can use an outdoor sauna and a hot tub for a small fee. What a luxury!
Enjoy in the middle of nature 
The group accommodation is located in the middle of nature and you can enjoy a beautiful view over the adjacent meadows and the Poekebeek valley. Ghent and Bruges are a 20-minute drive away. You are in the middle of the meadows with the forest around the corner. Within a 30-minute drive you are at the coast. So there is something for everyone!

"Fantastisch huis"
Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en ruim genoeg voor een grote groep met kinderen. De hottub en sauna zijn een super toevoeging. Goede bedden!

"zeer netjes, alle voorzieningen, ruim, prachtige groene omgeving"
We hebben verbleven in de accommodatie met een internationaal familie-gezelschap van 22 personen. De kamers waren perfect netjes, alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig en intact, de grote keuken was volledig uitgerust, de ligging op 30min van Gent, en de mooi verzorgde tuin, de gastvrouw extreem vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een zekere aanrader voor familie- en/of vrienden bijeenkomsten !

ruime tuinen en binnenruimtes, nadeel alles ligt op een andere locatie waardoor het samen-gevoel net iets minder is

"Prachtige locatie voor een top verblijf onder vrienden, met hier en daar wat teleurstellende zaken"
Zeer mooie locatie, mooie ruime en zuivere kamers.
Wat teleurstellend :
Een samenraapsel van servies en glazen. Zo waren er niet voldoende frisdrankglazen voor 26 pers. idem met wijnglazen, maar dit probleem heeft de zeer vriendelijke vrouw voor ons opgelost. Frisdrankglazen hebben we een allegaartje van glazen moeten gebruiken tijdens het ontbijt en avondeten.
We waren ook teleurgesteld toen bleek dat we voor de sauna en hottub extra moesten betalen. 200€ cash betalen. Jammer...

"Super huis in rustige omgeving"
Afgelopen weekend met het voetbalteam verbleven in de accommodatie. Op het begin uitstekend geholpen door de eigenaren. Echt een super huis met een leuke gezamenlijke ruimte, mooie keuken met allerlei keukengerei en veel slaapkamers. Daarnaast een erg rustige omgeving, wat echt genieten is. Wij hebben een top weekend gehad!

De accommodatie was zeer mooi en proper. Voldoende sanitaire voorzieningen. Wij waren met een groep van 26 pers. en ervaarde zeker geen gebrek aan ruimte. De grote ruimte om allemaal samen te eten met bar is een plus. In de keuken is alles voorzien en gerieflijk. In geval van zijn de eigenaars bereikbaar en hulpvaardig. Goede uitvalbasis om de omgeving te verkennen.

"gezellig, comfortabel, luxe, mooi en een goede locatie"
Met ons team hebben we een fantastisch weekend beleefd in de accommodatie in Aalter-Poeke. Het verblijf was gezellig, comfortabel en bood een vleugje luxe, perfect om helemaal tot rust te komen. De locatie was ideaal, dichtbij Brugge, maar toch rustig en omgeven door natuur. De ruimtes waren ruim, mooi ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeker een aanrader voor een groepsuitje!
