This large group accommodation is unique in this region. It can accommodate up to 26 people. Ideal for a large family reunion or hiking and/or cycling friends looking for a luxury holiday home. Enjoy the heart of nature with Ghent and Bruges just a 20-minute drive away.

Group accommodation in Aalter-Poeke with swimming pond💦

The seating area features TV and a bar. In the common living room there is a radio, table football, and there are board games. There is also a beamer which makes meetings and presentations possible. The kitchen has an open area with five gas burners, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and oven. There are four x 2-person rooms with bathroom and toilet on the ground floor. There are also three toilets in the common room. On the first floor are three apartments and one large suite. Each apartment has two rooms and a bathroom with shower and bath. The main suite also has a separate toilet with shower. The accommodation is located on the right side of the property. Outside there is a beautiful large terrace with approximately 5000 m² of play space. There is a trampoline and a tennis table outside, there is also a barbecue. The group accommodation has a large living room and annex a covered and heated terrace with a barbecue, a large bar and a large kitchen. The biopool can be used free of charge and for extra luxury, an outdoor sauna and hot tub can be used for a fee. What a luxury!

Enjoy in the middle of nature 💚

The group accommodation is located in the middle of nature and you enjoy a beautiful view over the adjacent meadows and the Poekebeek valley. Ghent and Bruges are a 20-minute drive away. You are in the middle of the meadows with the forest around the corner. Within a 30-minute drive you are at the coast. So there is something for everyone!

"Prachtig huisje voor een groep, netjes en super service. "

Deze locatie is een prachtige plek om met een groep op weekend weg te gaan. Het is een ruim huis, zodat je ook in een groep je rust nog kunt vinden om even weer met elkaar te praten. Ook zijn er genoeg spelletjes in het vernieuwde huisje, waardoor je elkaar ook sportief een beetje uit kunt dagen. Wij zijn met ons herenteam geweest en hebben een super weekend gehad! Heel fijn ontvangen en het was makkelijk contact houden met de eigenaars. We raden het iedereen aan. De locatie is super mooi.

"Uitstekend verblijf"

Alles was tiptop in orde. De kamers waren zeer netjes en comfortabel. Ook de voorzieningen waren uitstekend. Het ruime terras was een absolute meerwaarde, waar je de hele dag heerlijk van het zonnetje kan genieten. Kortom, we hebben een fantastisch weekend beleefd op deze prachtige locatie.

"Super geweldig huis"

We hebben ons vriendenweekend met 24 jongens gehouden in het Eyckenhuis. Het ontvangst was top Het zelfde geldt voor het contact met de eigenaresse. Toen we binnenkwamen stonden we helemaal versteld, het was nog groter en mooier dan op de foto’s. De faciliteiten in het huis waren perfect. Makkelijk om te koken, er was genoeg service en meer als genoeg koelkasten. Het hele verblijf was super schoon en rook er nog lekker ook. De bedden lagen op alle kamers heerlijk. De grote tuin was ook heerlijk.

"Fantastisch huis"

Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en ruim genoeg voor een grote groep met kinderen. De hottub en sauna zijn een super toevoeging. Goede bedden!

"zeer netjes, alle voorzieningen, ruim, prachtige groene omgeving"

We hebben verbleven in de accommodatie met een internationaal familie-gezelschap van 22 personen. De kamers waren perfect netjes, alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig en intact, de grote keuken was volledig uitgerust, de ligging op 30min van Gent, en de mooi verzorgde tuin, de gastvrouw extreem vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een zekere aanrader voor familie- en/of vrienden bijeenkomsten !

"ruime vakantiewoning voorzien van de nodige faciliteiten"

Mooie ruime vakantiewoning ruime tuinen en binnenruimtes, nadeel alles ligt op een andere locatie waardoor het samen-gevoel net iets minder is te weinig koelkast en diepvries voor een bende van 24 personen en ook te weinig wijnglazen of grotere cocktail glazen

"Prachtige locatie voor een top verblijf onder vrienden, met hier en daar wat teleurstellende zaken"

Zeer mooie locatie, mooie ruime en zuivere kamers. Wat teleurstellend : Een samenraapsel van servies en glazen. Zo waren er niet voldoende frisdrankglazen voor 26 pers. idem met wijnglazen, maar dit probleem heeft de zeer vriendelijke vrouw voor ons opgelost. Frisdrankglazen hebben we een allegaartje van glazen moeten gebruiken tijdens het ontbijt en avondeten. We waren ook teleurgesteld toen bleek dat we voor de sauna en hottub extra moesten betalen. 200€ cash betalen. Jammer...

"Verzorgd, luxueus, proper, goed uitgerust"

"Super huis in rustige omgeving"

Afgelopen weekend met het voetbalteam verbleven in de accommodatie. Op het begin uitstekend geholpen door de eigenaren. Echt een super huis met een leuke gezamenlijke ruimte, mooie keuken met allerlei keukengerei en veel slaapkamers. Daarnaast een erg rustige omgeving, wat echt genieten is. Wij hebben een top weekend gehad!
