The beautifully situated vacation home has 55 Beds, divided into 4 dormitories with (bunk) beds. Furthermore, there are four large bathrooms with a total of 12 showers. There is a state-of-the-art kitchen and dishwashing area with all amenities; a bar with a beer tap; a fireplace; BBQ overlooking the water. The unique spa with whirlpool, sauna and steam room provides wonderful relaxation after a busy week. The house is on the edge of a large forest so you can immediately start a walk or bike ride. Inside the house you won't have to be bored for a moment either. For example, there are opportunities to play various games such as table tennis, pool table and Kicker table. Outside you can further enjoy a soccer field, tennis court and playground.

The house has been completely renovated and insulated. The windows have triple glazing and there are solar panels on the roof. There is 24/7 automatic ventilation of the rooms.

There are few places in the Ardennes with such a characteristic appearance as Dinant and a visit to this town on the Meuse is definitely worthwhile.
