On the ground floor is the living room and opposite is the kitchen with large table and corner sofa. The group accommodation has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The spacious double bedrooms are located on the first and second floors. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and on the second floor there are also 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. A private terrace, with a fixed barbecue and large dining table, is located behind the house and offers you a view over the rolling Geul valley. There is a large communal garden, with a swing, playground and a games room, there is plenty of options for children to play.

The restaurant of the same owners can be found 200 meters away from the apartment.

The house is not suitable for groups who want to make it late. There are 3 more houses attached to it, and the neighbors are not far away either. After 23:00 it should be quiet on the entire site.

Sippenaeken is a village that is centrally located in relation to Vaals, Aachen, Maastricht, the Ardennes and the Eifel. The house is located on the Belgian/Dutch border. Due to this unique location, it offers opportunities to fully enjoy both Limburg and Belgian Burgundian life. The accommodation is located in a quiet hilly area and from the backyard you can step into one of the most beautiful nature reserves in South Limburg. The many walking and cycling routes take you through meadows, along the Geul and the various forests (Vijlen and Bovenste Bos) in the area.
