Located in the beautiful three-country area, where Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany meet, is this attractive group accommodation for 12 people. The house is located in the former house of a characteristic farmhouse and combines the charm of the past with the comfort of today.

This cozy group accommodation has six comfortable bedrooms and four bathrooms, spread over two floors. On the ground floor you will find an attractive living room and a spacious kitchen with a large dining table and corner sofa, where the whole group can enjoy an extensive breakfast, a cozy game night or a long evening of dining together.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The second floor also has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate toilet. Thanks to this practical layout, everyone has enough space and privacy during their stay. Behind the house is a private terrace with a barbecue and a large dining table. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view over the rolling Geul valley. In addition, there is a large communal garden with playground, swings and a games room where children can enjoy themselves for hours. Just 200 meters away is the restaurant of the same owners, ideal if you want to enjoy an evening of culinary delights without having to cook yourself. The accommodation is especially suitable for guests who come for peace, nature and cozy togetherness. To maintain the quiet atmosphere on the site, it is requested to keep it quiet after 23:00.

From the accommodation you can walk directly into one of the most beautiful nature reserves in South Limburg. The area is characterized by green hills, babbling brooks, vast meadows and picturesque villages. Thanks to its central location, destinations such as Vaals, Maastricht, Aachen, the Ardennes and the Eifel are easily accessible. This allows you to effortlessly combine nature, culture, gastronomy and fun trips during one stay. "Prima accommodatie en vriendelijke eigenaresse "

Het huis is ideaal voor grote groepen. Ruime kamers en veel badkamers. De grote woonkeuken is het centrale punt. En het huis heeft ook nog eens sfeer en is gelegen in een geweldig mooi wandel- en fietsgebied. En last but not least, de eigenaresse is zeer behulpzaam, erg vriendelijk en makkelijk te bereiken.

Die Unterkunft ist großartig, wir haben uns in unserem Familienwochenende mit Kindern zw. 1-11 Jahren sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung passt perfekt, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Besitzerin Vivian steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Grundstück und die Lage ist klasse, der Ausblick wunderschön.
