Group accommodation Boirs (BOI-2020-G)

Welcome to the small, informal castle dating from 1840, with 10 bedrooms with private bathrooms. This accommodation is ideal for family and friends weekends, team building, business events and staff outings. Suitable for up to 30 people or even 33 if you rent the flat in the gatehouse as well.  You can also rent the cosy coach house as an extra room for a small party, a meeting or another activity.  

Group accommodation in Boirs with many sports and game facilities

The Gatehouse from 1760 is located opposite the castle; here you will find the large dining room and seating area. The dining room can accommodate 30 people at a long table. There are also chairs for small children. The atmospheric kitchen is fully equipped for cooking; 6 burner gas cooker, electric oven, three fridges, freezer, catering dishwasher and microwave. There are 10 bedrooms (with private sanitary facilities) with 30 beds. There are two rooms with a bath, one room with bath and shower and all other rooms have a shower. All rooms have their own toilet and washbasin. There is also an extra toilet in the tower on the ground floor that can also be reached from the terrace. For larger groups, extra beds are possible. During your stay, there are no other guests and you have plenty of indoor and outdoor space at your disposal. You can use the vaulted room with piano, pellet stove, television and shuffleboard for socialising. This room also lends itself to a modest disco with the sound system provided. If you bring your own sound system, rental of an additional room is obligatory. At the front is a landing with three steps. People who are less agile or wheelchair users can enter the small castle via a concrete path along the castle at the back and reach the rooms on the ground floor. The castle lends itself perfectly to all kinds of indoor and outdoor activities. You can have activities organised, but the group accommodation itself also has sports and games facilities, such as a football pitch, 2 table tennis tables, bowling alley, volleyball court, shuffleboard and darts.

The group accommodation is located in the countryside between Maastricht, Liège and Tongeren and directly on various walking and cycling routes. This beautiful holiday home is located in the lovely Jeker valley, which has hardly been discovered by tourists. The special castle is located in the village of Boirs, just 1 km from the Antwerp-Liège motorway (E313). From the castle you have a beautiful view of the estate and the surrounding greenery.
