This holiday farmhouse dates from 1926 and will be combined with a luxury holiday home ‘barn’ during your stay. Both accommodations are atmospheric and very cosy. Together with your family, friends or colleagues, you can escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy the Kempen together. With its spacious layout and warm atmosphere, this group accommodation is ideal for larger groups who want to enjoy themselves together, but who also appreciate privacy. From the moment you enter the rural domain, you are immediately on holiday! Suitable for 42 persons.

The relaxation area of the farmhouse is the ideal place to spend time together. Here you will find a spacious sitting area with TV, a table football and a billiard table. There is a long dining table that seats 32 people in total. On the ground floor you will also find the open kitchen with 2 induction hobs with 8 rings, 2 dishwashers, an oven, microwave, 3 fridges, 1 freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee facilities. In total, there are 8 bedrooms with 8 bathrooms, with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and the other 6 on the upper floor. There are two separate toilets in the corridor on the ground floor. The spacious garden lends itself to sitting outside together and for the active guest and the little ones, there is also plenty of sport and play fun. You can play football or volleyball in the garden, play in the sandpit, jump on the trampoline (in the ground), use a walking bike or pedal tractor, play a game of petanque or table tennis.

The cosy spacious sitting area of the holiday home ‘barn’ is the perfect space to enjoy a relaxing moment together. From a cosy chat, watching a TV programme or reading an exciting book, anything is possible! The long dining table in the bright living room offers enough space for the whole party. Play a cosy game together here or enjoy a snack and a drink. The fully equipped kitchen has an  induction hob, 2 dishwashers, oven, microwave, fridge, extra fridge freezer, kettle and coffee facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with Miele appliances. In total, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with one bedroom on the ground floor and two on the upper floor. Adjacent to the living room and kitchen is a lovely terrace facing south. Here you will find a sufficient number of chairs, a large wooden table and a BBQ. The trampoline provides lots of fun for the little ones. In fine weather, you can relax in the hot tub and sufficient wood is provided during your stay.

Kasterlee is not only a beautiful village to look at, there is also plenty to do and see. There are many walking and cycling opportunities and this region also offers a variety of recreational activities. Both the active explorer and the nature lover will certainly get their money's worth here. The group accommodation is located near an active farm with cows and calves. Bobbejaanland amusement park is also in the area and is a great outing for families to combine fun and nature.
