Booking is really easy and quickly arranged via the accommodation page.
Select your preferred dates, enter the number of guests and choose whether you want to book straight away or first place a no-obligation option. Whatever suits you best! You will receive a confirmation by email immediately after your request. We check your booking carefully and as soon as the owner agrees, we will send you the final booking confirmation.

Still in doubt, or would you like to check with your group first? No problem. You can easily place a no-obligation option on the accommodation and the dates you want.

During the option period we hold the accommodation especially for you for 2 days. That gives you plenty of time to arrange everything.

Heading off at the last minute? If the arrival date is within 6 weeks, it is unfortunately not possible to place an option because of the short processing time.

You will find the current availability in the online calendar on the accommodation page. There you can see straight away whether your preferred dates are still free.

Of course. Do you have questions about the accommodation, the facilities or the possibilities? Then get in touch with us. We know the accommodations and their owners personally and are happy to give you honest advice. That way you can make the right choice with confidence.

You can. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the owner’s contact details. From that moment on you can arrange practical matters – such as arrival time or special requests – directly with each other.

Do you have questions before booking? Then contact runs through Groepen.nl. That keeps everything clear, straightforward and carefully arranged for everyone.

You will receive the exact address as soon as your booking is definitively confirmed.

We do this deliberately, in order to:

• Protect the privacy of the owners
• Prevent unwanted visits
• Safeguard the quality of our selection

After your booking you will of course receive all the information you need.

Once your booking is definitively confirmed, we ask you to pay 50% of the total rental sum. This amount includes:

• Any additional costs
• The costs for Zorg & Zekerheid
• Any group cancellation insurance you have taken out

You pay the remaining amount no later than 6 weeks before arrival.

You pay both instalments to Groepen.nl. We then take care of the entire administrative handling of your booking with the house owner. That way you can be sure everything is properly arranged and you can focus on looking forward to your stay.

Cancelling free of charge is unfortunately not possible. You will find the cancellation conditions in our terms and conditions.

Yes, that is possible and certainly worth considering.
With group cancellation insurance you are covered for unexpected situations that mean the stay cannot go ahead, such as illness or other unforeseen circumstances. We will inform you about the options during the booking process.

Yes. When you book a group accommodation, it is exclusively available to your group, unless stated otherwise. So you can enjoy your stay in complete privacy.

For many groups, a dog or another pet is simply part of the family. Whether pets are welcome differs per accommodation. The accommodation page clearly shows whether you can bring your pet and under what conditions. Not sure? Feel free to get in touch, we are happy to look into it with you.

Sometimes they are there as standard, sometimes you can add them to your booking and sometimes you bring them yourself. The accommodation page tells you exactly what has been arranged, so you will not be faced with any surprises.
