The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a pleasure, while the enclosed garden with gravel, trees and two terraces (one of which is covered) invites you to relax. The private swimming pool (10 x 5 m, 2.5 m deep) offers a beautiful sea view, and the proximity to the beach makes this residence extra attractive. Please note that the second ground floor is only accessible from the outside.
