The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker, ideal for cooking together and dining extensively.

Outside you will find a fenced plot with a private swimming pool of 7 x 3 meters, a beautifully landscaped garden with lawn and sunbeds, 2 terraces, 1 of which is covered and a barbecue for long summer evenings. The villa has several parking spaces on site. Thanks to its location just 25 meters from the beach, you can walk to the sea for a refreshing dip or a relaxing day at the beach.
