The bright living and dining room is air-conditioned and offers direct access to the terrace. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker, ideal for cooking together and dining extensively.

Outside you will find a fenced plot with a private swimming pool of 7 x 3 meters, a beautifully landscaped garden with lawn and sunbeds, 2 terraces, 1 of which is covered and a barbecue for long summer evenings. The villa has several parking spaces on site. Thanks to its location just 25 meters from the beach, you can walk to the sea for a refreshing dip or a relaxing day at the beach.
