This characteristic accommodation is located on an authentic Zeeland farm, where wheat, beets, potatoes and pears are grown. The location features two semi-detached holiday homes with space for a total of 16 people – ideal for families, friends or colleagues who want to enjoy together while maintaining privacy.

Group accommodation in Zuidzande with sauna

This spacious group accommodation of 360 m² combines luxury, comfort and rural charm. Inside you will find two attractive living rooms, a cozy sitting area with fireplace and two fully equipped kitchens, one of which is specially equipped for joint dinners with the whole group. Six spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms ensure optimal convenience and comfort. You can also enjoy the outdoors: the large garden is equipped with luxury garden furniture, playground equipment, a trampoline and a barbecue. For pure relaxation, there is a sauna, which must be reserved on arrival. The costs for this are €10 per hour and will be deducted from the deposit by the owner. There is also an outdoor swimming pool, open from April to October. Sports enthusiasts can make use of the grass tennis court in the summer months (July–August).

Zuidzande is hidden in the wide, green polder landscape of West Zeeuws-Vlaanderen – an idyllic setting for those looking for peace, space and nature. From the accommodation you can easily cycle or walk to the wide sandy beaches of Cadzand-Bad and Nieuwvliet, perfect for a fresh sea breeze or a long walk on the beach. In the area you will also find special nature reserves such as the Zwin and the Zwinpolder, where you can spot plenty of birds and experience the unique interplay between land and sea. For those who like to soak up culture or go shopping, historic places such as Sluis, Retranchement and Hulst are within easy reach.
