This accommodation consists of a main house with 10 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms and an annex with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with luxury 1-person box springs (80x210 cm) which can be placed as a 1-person or 2-person bed. These two buildings are connected internally by a corridor. The main house contains two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor which are wheelchair friendly. The bathrooms have the toilets and sinks placed low, making them suitable for guests who are less mobile. However, there are no support brackets available, making the facilities less suitable for guests with severe physical disabilities. The annex also contains a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. The combination of these two buildings allows you to experience the necessary privacy despite the group size. In the main building there is dining and seating for 30 people. The large open kitchen with two cooking islands and bar area is the central point of the house. Each cooking island is equipped with a 5-burner induction hob, 1 of which has a grill zone. One kitchen island is equipped with a Quooker (hot water). Furthermore, the kitchen is equipped with 2 large refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a wine climate cabinet. In the outbuilding there is a kitchen with refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher and combi microwave. Adjacent to the cooking area is a large dining table where you can dine and catch up. Next to the kitchen you have a cozy sitting area with bar and pool table. The sitting and dining areas are furnished with a music system consisting of several sound boxes with amplifier and bluetooth connection, with air conditioning. If you want to watch a movie, you can do so in the cinema room which is equipped with a large living sofa. Wherever you are on this property, nature is very close and the windows offer you a beautiful panoramic view. There is a large terrace with luxury garden furniture, barbecue and a large playground for the children with a trampoline.

This accommodation is the ideal setting for team building activities or to brainstorm with your colleagues in an idyllic setting near the coast. In addition, the location is also very suitable for parties and weddings. A large tent can be placed in the nearby meadow, ideal for larger parties and handy for being prepared for all weather conditions. Keep in mind that the group accommodation itself can accommodate a maximum of 30 people; For larger groups, an outdoor setup is necessary. You have to arrange the tent and other facilities yourself. There is also the possibility to hire a cook at home or babysitter for extra convenience during your stay or festive occasion.
