The holiday home is located on a car-free and child-friendly park with private parking. The recently completely renovated house (June 2020) offers an attractive, hygienic, practical and comfortable accommodation with a touch of luxury. Extra attention has been paid to child-friendliness and safety and 1 pet is welcome. A delightful house with all modern conveniences (wifi, digital TV, washing machine, dryer, ‘emma’ mattresses, combi-oven, filter coffee machine, nespresso, toaster, dishwasher, rain shower, separate toilet, enclosed and private gardens all around, bike shed with charging point, outdoor tap, etc.). The ground floor has a cosy living room, open kitchen and cosy dining area. In addition, a spacious bedroom with two beds and a washbasin, separate toilet and the walk-in shower with washbasin, hairdryer. The first floor has a spacious landing with skylight and built-in wardrobe. A bedroom with two beds and dormer window and also a spacious bedroom with two beds, washbasin and wardrobe. The entire house has central heating, PVC flooring and a (towel) radiator in every room and has a surprising amount of storage space. There is also an iron and baby bath available.

Staying on the coast 

5 minutes' walk from the sea, surrounded by dunes, forest and beach in a cycle-friendly environment. The group accommodation is located on a car-free and child-friendly park with private parking. There is a playground. The park is located at the bottom of the dunes; the highest in the Netherlands. How nice it is to have the biggest playground nearby! The centre of Zoutelande (with all facilities and very nice boulevard, terraces, boutiques, etc.) is at 5 min. cycling or 10 min. walking distance. The beach is literally within walking distance, you can hear the sea! Add to that the most hours of sunshine per year and a holiday at the beach in Zoutelande is a feast! The centre of Zoutelande can be reached in a few minutes by bike and offers a diverse range of restaurants, shops, souvenir shops, a bicycle rental and a fresh bakery. The fashionable Domburg is half an hour away by bike, as is Middelburg with its many monuments.
