Sleeping in a water tower is an unforgettable experience! This renovated water tower from 1896 is full of surprises for young and old. There are no less than 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 5 toilets, a play area, large garden and meeting room for 12 people. Experience the beautiful view in the original water barrel with windows on all sides and in the watchtower at a height of 36 meters. Look out over the city as far as you can. And lo and behold, the sea is already beckoning, there behind the boulevard. Terrific!

A group accommodation in Vlissingen near the beach

On the ground floor is the spacious kitchen where you can sit with up to 16 people. There is a dishwasher, 5-burner stove including a wok burner and a double convection oven. A transparent glass gas fireplace provides an attractive partition and also a view through to the living room. The high ceilings in the living room accentuate the round shape of the tower even more. Lovely relax sofas, armchairs and private access to the landing to the garden complete the luxurious living room. The first floor is half a floor with a playful (children's) room with 4 bedsteads (200 x 80 cm), a toy box and a private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. On the second to fourth floors there are a total of 6 large double rooms. There are 2 luxurious bathrooms with walk-in shower, bath, bathroom furniture and toilet. In one of the bathrooms you will even find a comfortable sauna. From the fourth floor you can reach the space under the water barrel with a beautiful spiral staircase. From there you enter the immense water barrel. Only then do you really experience how much water was once stored in the barrel: 300,000 liters. There are windows on all sides, with unobstructed views of the surroundings, the city and even a piece of the sea. Climb even further up for the meeting room for 12 people and as a final piece: a unique watchtower at a height of 36 meters. In the almost industrial basement is a fully equipped play area including Photo play, Pacman and billiards. You can also use the washing machine and dryer that are located here. Around the water tower is a spacious garden (approx. 800 m2 plot) including a large terrace with plenty of sun and privacy. There is a trampoline for the children. You will also find a large lounge sofa, tables and chairs, parasol and BBQ. There are 5 parking spaces on site and a charging point for electric and hybrid cars.

Enjoy the coast together

The Vlissingse Boulevard is just a stone's throw away and can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. There you will also find the bathing beach, the southernmost sandy beach in the Netherlands where you can almost touch the passing seagoing vessels. That's how close they sail along the coast. The shopping center, cinema and many restaurants are also within walking distance.
