The house contains 2 entrances, on the Noordzeestraat and on the Boulevard de Ruyter (located higher at dike level). A straight staircase leads to the first floor with 2 double rooms with a double bed. In addition, this floor contains a bathroom with shower and toilet. The stairs take you to the second floor (ground floor level from the main entrance). This floor contains a fully-fledged residential unit and is suitable for, for example, elderly people who cannot climb stairs all the time. It has a living area, a double sofa bed, a full kitchen, a dining table and a bathroom with shower and toilet. This floor can be used for 4 people (double bed + double sofa bed). There is also an outdoor seating area with hardwood bench and chairs that can be added. The third floor has a spacious living room (with panoramic sea views) and a second full kitchen. In the living room there is a spacious double sofa bed. On the fourth floor there is a bedroom for 2-3 people (bunk bed and single bed), a toilet, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed. Through wide patio doors you enter the sunny balcony. The last staircase leads to the large sunny roof terrace.

The boulevard is over 2.5 kilometers long with many restaurants, beautiful (hanging) terraces, quiet, extensive beaches, but also busier beaches with beach restaurants, beach guards, rental chairs. From the boulevard to Zoutelande and further towards Westkapelle and Domburg there are many kilometers of stretched (quiet and busier) beaches. It's also great to take a nice walk on the beach with your feet in the water. The beaches of Vlissingen are (unique for the Netherlands, many beaches are west or north facing) located on the south and sun-oriented, so that in addition to enjoying the sun, you can also admire the passing ships (close to the coast).

The property is located 50 metres from Bellamypark (square with many restaurants and cafes). The city center is within easy walking distance. There are also plenty of activities for children. In addition to beach visits, there are playgrounds, reptile zoo, museums and a large cinema/theater with 9 screens in the immediate vicinity (everything within walking distance). Since the house is located directly on the sea + on the city center/historic center + directly on the Bellamypark (many restaurants/cafes), there is paid parking in the immediate vicinity (EUR 2 per hour). It is also possible to use a parking ticket through the owner for EUR 7 on a night basis. With this parking card you can park on the entire Boulevard and the residential area behind it.
