This national monument is located right by the sea (30 metres from the water) on popular Walcheren, Zeeland. From the 1st and 2nd floors, you will enjoy real sea views! The North Sea-Antwerp shipping route is right off the coast here, so the view is always 'in motion'.

The building is an official national monument dating from 1600-1700. The entire property was recently renovated and equipped with all modern conveniences. The property can be divided into 2 flats (12p and 6p) and therefore contains 2 complete kitchens, 2 living rooms, 3 bathrooms and in total (including the 2 living rooms with sofa beds) 8 bedrooms. The kitchens contain dishwashers, fridges, freezers, cooking facilities (2x4), microwaves and ovens. In addition, both kitchens contain dining tables. A total of 3 TVs are present (both living rooms and kitchen) with digital TV. The TVs in the living rooms (Smart TV) include a Netflix account. Outside is space (own land) to set up some garden chairs.

The property is located in the centre of a medium-sized city area (100,000 inhabitants) with large shopping centre, museums, cinema with 7 theatres and attractions for children (including (indoor) playgrounds, amusement park etc). The property is located at the Bellamypark (square with lots of terraces and restaurants) and entertainment area. The property is located 50 metres from the beginning of the kilometres-long boulevards with beautiful lounge terraces, floating terraces and several beach restaurants. Vlissingen's beaches are south-facing (perfect sun position) and you are treated to moving views (fairway with countless passing boats is right off the coast). The beaches are equipped with surveillance, rental chairs/parasols and various forms of food/drink from snack bar to restaurant. From Vlissingen to Zoutelande (and much further to Westkappelle and Domburg), you will find kilometres of continuous sandy beaches with beach pavilions. To the east (Westerschelde), you can enjoy delicious oysters close to the house (around the mill) (knife and gloves provided).
