The house consists of two apartments on the first floor, which can be connected by a connecting door to form one spacious upstairs apartment. The property is fully equipped and offers four bedrooms. One of the apartments has a sitting room where you can cook, eat and relax with 9 people.

On the ground floor there is a practical room with a bicycle shed, washing machine, oven and a table tennis table. Outside there is plenty of space with a large terrace with barbecue, a playing field, a volleyball / football field and plenty of parking.
