Through the hall you step into the spacious living room, characterized by high ceilings, beautiful wooden beams and large windows. The warm décor with natural materials makes it cozy and cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Via the stairs you reach the second floor with 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and a wardrobe. On the ground floor is the third bedroom with ensuite bathroom and underfloor heating. Outside you have a partially covered terrace of 16m2 and a fully enclosed garden of 300m2, ideal for small children. A garden set and 2 lounge beds complete the picture. There is also a washing machine, dryer, cot and high chair. There is space for 2 cars in the driveway. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Groups of young people are not received and parties and parties are not allowed.
