This villa is ideal for families and those seeking tranquility. Unfortunately, we do not receive groups of young people in this accommodation and parties and parties are not allowed.

Holiday home in Renesse near the beach

Through the hall you step into the spacious living room, characterized by its special height, beautiful wooden beams and huge windows. The living room is spacious, but cozy and cozy due to the natural materials and warm décor. A cozy sitting area has been created near the television with a spacious corner sofa, separate armchair and practical coffee tables. In the center of the living room is the staircase to the second floor between the living and dining areas. The spacious dining table with seating for 6 people is equipped with comfortable chairs. From the entire living room you have a view of the spacious garden and terrace. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you need, such as a hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker and kettle. Via the stairs in the living room you reach the second floor. Here you will find two of the three bedrooms. Both bedrooms on this floor have two single beds (80x200cm) and a wardrobe. The bathroom on this floor contains a walk-in shower, sink and towel radiator. There is also a separate toilet. 

The third bedroom is located on the ground floor. This bedroom contains two single beds (80x200cm) and has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and sink. The bedroom and bathroom have underfloor heating, just like the rest of the ground floor. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. From the living room you step onto the terrace (16m2) which is partly covered, the garden (300m2) is completely enclosed so that even very small children can play outside to their heart's content and there is a lovely garden set and two lounge beds to relax and enjoy the outdoors. 

For extra comfort, there is a washing machine and dryer available, so you can freshen up your towels and swimwear for the next beach day after a long day at the beach. Are you traveling with small children? The house has both a cot and high chair. There is space to park two cars in the driveway of the house. Unfortunately, your four-legged friend has to stay at home because no pets are allowed in this holiday home.
