Just outside the village of Koudekerke is this spacious group accommodation for 30 people, quietly and rurally located on an area of approximately 2.5 hectares. The accommodation consists of three separate bungalows and a separate group room. A nice place for groups who want to stay together, but also value space, overview and plenty of play opportunities for children.

You have three separate bungalows, each suitable for 10 people. Each bungalow has its own entrance and a spacious living room with sliding doors to the terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need to cook and eat together. In each bungalow there are 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet and an extra disabled bathroom with shower and toilet. All bungalows have underfloor heating and have a spacious terrace.
Centrally located on the site is a separate group room with a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of tables and chairs and a private toilet group. Ideal for shared meals, activities or gatherings. Outside, the bungalows are spread around playing fields with various playground equipment and a sandbox, where children can play safely. A gas barbecue can be booked as an option.
Discover Walcheren on foot, by bike or on rollerblades 
The accommodation is within walking distance of Koudekerke and centrally located between Vlissingen at 3 km and Middelburg at 4 km. The South Beach of Walcheren, at Dishoek 2 km away, is also easily accessible. You can take beautiful walks in the dune area 'de Vroongronden'. When the weather is less bad, you can reach the subtropical swimming paradise of Vlissingen and Middelburg within 10 minutes by bike or drive. Thanks to the many concrete roads, the area is very suitable for inline skating. If you prefer to cycle, you can use an extensive network of cycle paths and quiet B-roads. A versatile location for an active and relaxing group stay in Zeeland.
