This luxurious holiday farm with a rural character is situated on the edge of the forest and the dunes, between the village of Haamstede and the beach near the Lighthouse. Quiet and sheltered in an orchard with its own playing field and parking space. The accommodation is ideal for families, groups of friends, as well as for association and school camps.

Go directly into nature from your group accommodation

From the vacation farm you can walk into the beautiful, expansive Zeepe dunes, a nature area where you can go for long walks. There are several bunkers from the 2nd World War in a freely accessible part. This area is highly suited for group games in nature. Within walking distance is an indoor playground for children up to 12 years.
The beautiful, wide and quiet sandy beaches are within cycling distance (2 mi). In addition, there are extensive opportunities for cycling, hiking, mountain biking and water sports in the immediate vicinity. 
There are also plenty of fun outings in the area, such as Delta Park Neeltje Jans with the Oosterscheldekering, and the historic cities of Zierikzee, Middelburg, and Veere.

A lovely spacious holiday home

This luxurious spacious and detached group accommodation can accommodate 36 people and has a total of 16 bedrooms. The rooms are divided over the first, second, and third floor. Twelve rooms have their own sanitary facilities (see room layout). In the hall is a toilet and urinal, living room (59 yd²) with wood burner and bar, separate dining room (59 yd²), and separate TV room. The separate kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher is fully equipped for self service. In the pantry there is an extra fridge, freezer, washing machine and dryer. There are tables and chairs on the spacious terrace. Barbecuing is allowed.

The holiday home has its own parking space and a large playing field, where you can play and exercise with your own group. You have access to a table tennis table, swing, shuffleboard, foosball, and field hockey sticks with goals.
Also present is a radio/CD player, flat screen KTV, DVD, and free WiFi.
