This stylish and spacious location is the place for families, groups of friends or colleagues who want to enjoy peace, space and the real outdoors together. Divided into several comfortable cottages, there is room for 24 people, each with its own bathroom and kitchenette. In the shared Living Room you come together to cook, dine or have a drink, with a view of the vast Zeeland landscape.

Group accommodation in Zeeland between beach and polder

The accommodation consists of modern hotel rooms and family rooms (including bed and bath linen), each with its own bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and a kitchenette with microwave and coffee bean machine. All rooms are on the ground floor and offer a view of the vast polder landscape. In total there are 4 rooms suitable for 2 people. In addition, there are 4 family rooms with a loft, with sleeping space on the loft for a maximum of 2 children up to 12 years old. One of these family rooms is specially furnished and suitable for disabled guests. The communal Living Room is the heart of the stay: a spacious living room with bar, long dining tables and a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook and dine together. From here you step directly outside onto the terrace, with a view of the greenery and the Zeeland sky. For extra relaxation, you can rent our wellness area with sauna and jacuzzi, and outside you will find plenty of facilities for young and old: a playground, football field, pétanque court, vegetable garden and flower picking garden. There is also bicycle rental with e-bikes and cargo bikes. On request, our Bastard BBQ or Pizza oven can be rented for a cozy evening in the open air.

Discover the Zeeland coast

The location is located in the middle of the polders of Schouwen-Duiveland, between Renesse, Burgh-Haamstede and Zierikzee. Within minutes you will have your feet in the sand. Walk along the dunes, cycle through bird-rich nature reserves or get a breath of fresh air by the sea. There is also plenty to do for water sports enthusiasts: on the Brouwersdam you can kite surf, sail or paddle all year round. With children, a trip to Deltapark Neeltje Jans is recommended, and in the surrounding villages you will find cozy terraces and local shops.
