On the first floor there are two more bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath and sauna. Finally, here is access to a spacious roof terrace (20 m2) from where you can enjoy the sun.

The apartment, which is located on the first floor, also has its own outdoor storage room and its own parking space. The parking lot is equipped with a charging station for electric cars (Newmotion).
