Luxurious and more than atmospheric farm villa with enclosed wellness garden and a separate indoor recreation room. It is a multifunctional residence, equipped with every luxury, a very large garden and private parking. Extremely suitable as a holiday home for families or for family outings, also very suitable as a wedding location or to celebrate anniversaries. Company outings or outdoor meetings are also possible. And come rain or shine ..... there is a lovely covered veranda where the sun never lets you down. It is also possible to attend workshops on location.
Holiday villa in Overijssel with wellness garden 
This luxurious farmhouse villa features an attractive common room, with lounge, several seating areas and an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a 5-burner gas cooker, double oven with microwave, double dishwasher and 2 fridges with freezer compartment. There is an extra relaxation corner with TV, ideal for adolescents and children. There is also the possibility of using an extra kitchen at an extra charge.
Groups of up to 22 people have 9 bedrooms as standard. If you are with 23 to 25 people, the extra 2 bedrooms (a double room and a single room) are included. If you are 22 persons or less and would like to use these extra bedrooms, they are optional. The beds are made upon arrival. In addition to the veranda and sun terraces, you can relax here in an enclosed wellness garden. The special garden is equipped with an outdoor sauna, whirlpool, outdoor shower, lovely sun beds and a veranda (can be rented). The accommodation has 2 electric charging stations.
Walking, swimming, cycling... everything is possible! 
The group accommodation is located in the city triangle of Deventer. In the beautiful nature reserve 200 metres from the accommodation are beautiful walking routes along the IJssel river. At about 8 km from the accommodation there is plenty of water entertainment such as the possibility to enjoy swimming, canoeing, etc.
