This attractive group accommodation is located on a characteristic, centuries-old farmyard with beautiful Saxon barns and immediately exudes peace and authenticity. Here you stay in the middle of the green, with a view of an orchard and plenty of space to enjoy together. Thanks to the warm décor, the house feels both spacious and cozy, perfect for groups of up to 12 people.

Group accommodation in Overijssel with large garden 🔥

Inside you will find everything for a comfortable stay. The spacious kitchen in the former part offers a beautiful view of the yard and is fully equipped for cooking and dining together. The cosy sitting room at the front is the place to gather, with comfortable sofas, a wood-burning stove and a large table for games and long evenings. Of course there is also a TV with DVD player and radio/CD player. The group accommodation has 6 bedrooms, 1 of which is on the ground floor, ideal for extra convenience. On the first floor you will find 5 more bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with shower and bath. In addition, there are a total of 2 bathrooms. All beds have duvets and pillows and many beds are extra long for extra comfort. The whole house has central heating, making it a wonderful place to stay even in the colder months. Outside, the real enjoyment begins. At both the front and rear are terraces with garden furniture, perfect for long summer evenings. The large lawn around the house flows into the orchard and offers plenty of space for play, relaxation and togetherness. In addition, there is a barbecue and an open fire pit with logs to sit around the fire together.

The location in the heart of Twente, between Almelo and Ootmarsum, makes this an ideal base for nature lovers. Within an hour and a half drive from Utrecht or Amsterdam, you are in the middle of a beautiful landscape full of forests, heathland and winding streams. Go out for a walk or bike ride through the Springendal nature reserve, go canoeing on the Dinkel or discover the area during a covered wagon ride. Typical Twente activities such as klootschieten will also make your stay extra special. Combine peace and nature with pleasant trips to surrounding villages and enjoy everything this versatile region has to offer. "Genoten van deze prachtige plek!"

We verbleven hier met 10 personen. Was prima te doen. Mooie, rustige locatie. Heerlijke grote tuin waar de hond vrij kon rondlopen. Alles wat je nodig hebt, was aanwezig. Wandelmogelijkheden in de buurt. Supermarkt op fietsafstand.

"Prima: ruim, alles functioneert, rustig, goed bereikbaar"

Het huis is ruim genoeg voor 10 personen. Alle apparatuur functioneert goed. Het huis ligt in een prachtige omgeving geschikt voor wandelen en fietsen. Andere voorzieningen zijn goed bereikbaar

"Uitstekende verblijfplaats met paar opmerkingen"

Prima kamers en bedden en inrichting. Badkamer boven geen probleem, maar beneden wel. Ten eerste erg klein samen met toilet. Ten tweede loopt toilet na de spoeling niet goed door, zodat je een hele tijd moest wachten tot er weer van gebruik gemaakt kon worden. En als je daar met 10 personen bent, is dat soms wel onhandig.

"Wij hadden een fijn weekend daar. "

Een minpunt vonden wij dat in de benedenkamer een hangkast met een paar laden prettiger zou zijn dan de lage ladenkast die er staat. In de badkamer beneden ontbreekt de mogelijkheid om je te scheren. geen spiegel.

"Een heel fijn huis waar we ons prima hebben vermaakt. "

Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in dit prachtige huis. Alles was aanwezig en in de grote tuin kon je je ook prima vermaken. Bij de vuurplaats kon je gezellig zitten.

"Prima accommodatie in mooie omgeving. "

Ontvangst door gastvrouw/heer was erg vriendelijk. De accomodatie lag in een mooie bosrijke omgeving met in het weiland achter het verblijf enkele mooie Black en Red Angus koeien. De accomodatie was verder schoor en overcompleet ingericht.
