The group accommodation, built in Twente style, is equipped for groups of up to 35 people. There are several group accommodations on the site. The playground can also be used by other groups. For the children there is a climbing course in the forest and there are also go-karts/bicycles available for the little ones.

There is a living room with a separate sitting area, equipped with TV, DVD, radio, CD, fireplace and chess table. There is also a Twentse Kota where you can also stay together around an open fire. The kitchen is professionally furnished. Meals can be provided if desired. There are a total of 14 sleeping areas, 6 of which are downstairs. On the 1st floor there are 8 double rooms. There are single beds with duvet and pillow. For disabled people, the accommodation offers an adapted shower and toilet room. There is a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue and a partially covered terrace. On the site you will find an indoor play/games room with pool billiards, air hockey, table tennis, darts, football game, etc. On the large sports / playing field there is also a trampoline, playground equipment, campfire area with benches all around, table tennis tables, opportunity for football and / or volleyball. Within walking distance is a beautiful petting zoo and you can walk directly from the accommodation into the forest.

The group accommodation is located on the edge of a vast forest area of the Snippert estate, with beautiful fens and heaths. The area is the most beautiful part of Twente. With areas such as the Lutterzand, the stream valley landscape of the Dinkel and the Beuninger Achterheide, one can rightly speak of a fantastic environment.
