This group accommodation is located on the edge of the forest. With the nature reserves 'het Buurserzand' and 'het Haaksbergerveen' within walking distance, this group accommodation is an ideal starting point for varied walking and cycling trips. In addition to the private market, this house is also very suitable for business meetings, courses, training, cooking sessions, wine tastings, away sessions and workshops. Location not suitable for youth/student and other noisy groups. No music is allowed outside, only background music inside.
A group accommodation in Overijssel with a view over meadows
From the sitting area, which is furnished with two corner sofas and a few armchairs, you have a view of the outside through the huge glass front. The large dining area has old monastery tables and for some extra atmosphere there is of course a nice wood stove. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house has 6 bedrooms with private shower/toilet/sink. Each bedroom has French doors that open onto the verandas. In the hallway there are two bedsteads, which share a shower, toilet and sink, and a nice play corner for the little ones. There are 2 additional 2-person studios available to book for extra bedrooms or bathrooms, these are about 100 meters from the main house. The outdoor area is very spacious, there is plenty of football to be played, there is playground equipment, goals and there is a large trampoline.
Bicycles can be rented (book in advance) at the property and there are plenty of walking, cycling and mountain biking routes available from the house.

With two nature reserves within walking distance, this group accommodation is an ideal starting point for walking and cycling trips. In the center of Haaksbergen, which is 5 km away, there is a rich range of shops and supermarkets. Haaksbergen also offers many good restaurants, bistros, terraces and eateries. The shopping city of Enschede is 10 km away. Tourist attractions within a radius of 10 km; a subtropical swimming paradise, Museum Buurt Spoorweg, various watermills, pancake house (soon with indoor playground), recreational lake Rutbeek.
