This group accommodation consists of a main house with 2 separate apartments across the road, making it less suitable for groups with young children. Outside, no music is allowed, and inside, only background music is permitted.

A charming group accommodation in Overijssel

This accommodation is located on a former typical Twente farmstead. Due to the small stable windows, less daylight enters, but the charming decor with much attention to detail more than makes up for it. The main house contains the kitchen and living area. Around the wood stove, there is a seating area with a TV. The kitchen consists of a cooking island with a stove, microwave, oven, large refrigerator, and dishwasher. The dining area has large old monastery tables.

There are 3 bedrooms in the main house, 2 with double beds and 1 with 3 single beds, sharing 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are adjacent to the living room. The other rooms are located across the street in 2 apartments. Apartment 1 has a bedroom for 3 people (3 single beds), and apartment 2 has a bedroom for 2 people (2 single beds). The apartments have their own sanitary facilities, kitchenette, and seating area with a TV.

The garden is not large enough for playing football. Because there is no play meadow in front of the house and the apartments are located across the road, the house is less suitable for groups with many children. For play equipment, you can use a shared playground 50 meters from the house. The landlord is happy to advise you on putting together a fun custom program. Hiking, cycling, and e-mountain bike routes from the house are ready for you.

With two nature reserves within walking distance, our group accommodation is an ideal starting point for beautiful hiking and cycling trips. The center of Haaksbergen, 5 km away, offers a rich variety of shops and supermarkets. Haaksbergen also has many good restaurants, bistros, terraces, and eateries. The shopping city of Enschede is 10 km away.
