This new holiday home is located on a very spacious plot, on the edge of the forest. With the nature reserves "het Buurserzand" and "het Haaksbergerveen" within walking distance (400 meters), this group accommodation is an ideal starting point for varied walking and cycling trips. In addition to the private market, this house is also very suitable for business meetings, courses, training, cooking sessions, wine tastings, away sessions and workshops in the area. There is the possibility to rent additional 2-person apartments (additional charge). These are located elsewhere in the yard. Location not suitable for youth/student and other noisy groups. No music is allowed outside, only background music inside.

On the ground floor to the right of the hall are 6 bedrooms, all with their own shower/toilet/sink. The living room has a spacious sitting area for the wood stove and a huge dining area. The kitchen is separated from the central living space by a sliding door. The kitchen is fully equipped. On the upper floor, accessible by the stairs in the hall, there are 2 x 5 person bedrooms and 2 x 6 person bedrooms to the left of the landing. These bedrooms share two bathrooms including toilet. To the right of the landing is the large playroom equipped with table tennis, table football, large blocks, games, etc. At the end of the playroom is an extra 4 pers. Bedroom with private shower/toilet. You can stay based on self-catering, but the owners are happy to help you find the right caterer or put together a tailor-made activity program. Bicycles can be reserved at the accommodation (indicate a few days in advance). There are walking, cycling and mountain bike routes from the house.

An ideal starting point for walking and cycling trips. In the center of Haaksbergen, which is 5 km away, there is a rich range of shops and supermarkets. Haaksbergen also offers many good restaurants, bistros, terraces and eateries. The shopping city of Enschede is 10 km away. Tourist attractions within a radius of 10 km; a subtropical swimming paradise, Museum Buurt Spoorweg, various water mills, pancake house with indoor playground), recreational lake Rutbeek.
