In the middle of the vast polder landscape of North Holland, on the edge of an attractive village, lies this spacious group accommodation for up to 29 people. Here you stay among the local villagers and enjoy peace, space and water. Right next to the building is a ring canal where you can sail or take a refreshing dip when the weather is nice. The rural location in combination with the cozy atmosphere makes this a special place for any group.

This group accommodation has 7 bedrooms and is practically furnished for families, groups of friends, associations and sports teams. The heart of the stay is the large common room that is completely at your disposal. Here they eat, drink and relax together. The bar with tap system gives the room extra character and completes a pleasant evening. In addition to the hall, there are various recreational options, such as Old Dutch games, shuffleboard and a table tennis table. This ensures that there is always something to do for young and old. In consultation with the owner, arrangements are possible, so that the stay can be tailored to the wishes of your group. Those who like it can also sit down in the front café among the local guests and experience the real village atmosphere. No music may be played outside and loud music is not allowed inside after 01:00. This keeps the stay pleasant for both your group and the environment.

The group accommodation is centrally located between Alkmaar, Hoorn and Heerhugowaard and is therefore an ideal base for trips in the region. You are directly on various walking, cycling and sailing routes through the polder landscape. Amsterdam is also about 30 km away and is easily accessible by car.

Outside there is plenty of space to come together and enjoy the view over the countryside and the water. To keep the environment pleasant, some house rules apply.

"Gezellig & Uniek"

Met een groep van 9 het hele weekend bordspelletjes gespeeld in het voorcafé van deze leuke accommodatie. Mede doordat de eigenaren goed met ons meedachten hebben we een top weekend gehad.

"Ontzettend genoten van deze accommodatie! "

Wij hebben een mega leuk en onvergetelijk weekend gehad. Een perfecte accommodatie voor een groep en overal is aan gedacht. Bedden zijn prettig, douches schoon en erg fijn. Alle lof aan de eigenaresse voor de goede verzorging tot zelfs bittergarnituur aan toe!

"Geweldig, fijn en gezellig."

De hosts zijn heel meedenkend. Dat heeft gezorgd voor een uitermate fijne beleving. De accomodatie zelf is schoon, groot, en heeft alle faciliteiten om een gezellig verblijf te garanderen. De locatie is rustgevend. Alkmaar is een leuke stad om een dag naartoe te gaan, niet goed te bereiken met openbaar vervoer helaas.

"Perfect verblijf voor grote groepen!"

Met een groep van 24 man hebben we 1 overnachting gehad in Ursem. Het is goed verzorgd, schoon en van alles wat je nodig hebt voorzien. Eigenaresse goed bereikbaar indien er vragen zijn, hele lieve vrouw! Wij komen graag nog eens terug!

"Fantastisch verblijf!"

Wij hebben als voetbalteam hier enorm genoten van onze tijd in deze accommodatie. De eigenaren zijn erg gastvrij en denken graag met je mee. Wij hebben in overleg nog kunnen Barbecueënen en bootje varen. Kortom; een echte aanrader!
