On the ground floor, there are also two separate toilets for extra convenience. Upstairs, you'll find four tastefully decorated bedrooms. Two of these rooms are each equipped with two single box spring beds and a private bathroom, providing extra privacy. A third bedroom has two double box spring beds, while the fourth bedroom has two single box spring beds and a bunk bed. These last two bedrooms share a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bathtub with stunning views of the Uitgeester Lake. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. At the front of the house, there is a spacious terrace with comfortable garden furniture overlooking the lively children's playground. The back of the house offers a fenced garden with a sturdy outdoor kitchen, complete with a Bastard barbecue that can be used as a slow cooker, stone oven, smoker, and grill. This outdoor kitchen invites you to cozy evenings of culinary delights with the whole group.
