This beautiful holiday home is located in a historic building dating back to 1600 in Sint Maartensbrug. The accommodation has 3 bedrooms and is ideal for groups of up to 12 people. The unique decor and old details emphasise the authentic atmosphere of the house.
Group accommodation in North Holland near beach and dunes 
On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room, dining room and open kitchen. The house is disabled-friendly: on the ground floor you will find a bedroom with bathroom. On the 1st floor is the eight-person bedroom all in the style of a ship's cabin, a bathroom with shower and toilet. Another separate double bedroom. The experience of sleeping on a ship makes this accommodation extra fun for young and old. Next to the house are canoes for the private use of guests. Furthermore, there is a trampoline and a playhouse on the premises for the kids!
Breeze by the sea 
The holiday home is only 3 km away from the beach. You will enjoy walking and cycling in the adjacent forest and dune area. At 8 km is the town of Schagen, where the West Frisian market is always held in summer and where you can shop and enjoy the many catering establishments. 20 km away is the city of Alkmaar where you can go to the Cheese Market every Friday from March to August.

Het huis is perfect voor grote groepen. Het heeft een rustige omgeving maar er is in de buurt genoeg te doen (Alkmaar, strand etc).

"Fantastische oud&nieuw midweek"
Wat een gezellig huis. Zes kinderen op een grote slaapkamer, ruime woonkamer en keuken.
Perfect voor een midweekje met twee gezinnen.
En oud huis uit de 17e eeuw, dus geen modern comfort, daar moet je wel van houden.
Alle ruimte voor onze hond, leuk tuintje met trampoline, omheind dus ook veilig.

"gezellig om een weekend te verblijven"
Met goed weer gebruik kunnen maken van de kano's, ook binnen voldoende vertier mogelijk met sjoelen en tafelvoetbal. Sfeervol huis, wat wel wat onderhoud kan gebruiken. 1 van de bedden op de 8 persoons slaapkamer kraakte behoorlijk

"Een autentieke locatie voor mensen die van oude gebouwen houd. Hartelijk ontvangst. Mooi gelegen de "
Het gebouw is van alle gemakken voorzien. De keuken is prima. Het pand is opgeknapt met oude materialen. En boven de slaapzaal is net een schip met kooien. De kinderen vonden het prachtig. Aan zee gelegen, mooi centraal t.o.v. Schagen/Den Helder. We konden lekker buiten zitten aan de lange tafels of in de lounche hoek. Spelletjes voor de familie, zoals sjoelen en bordspellen waren aanwezig. De ontvangst was zeer hartelijk en we kregen een duidelijke uitleg. Ook de nazorg was goed verzorgt.

Das Personal war super freundlich und hat Jugendgruppen angenommen. Wir waren eine Jugendgruppe die oft keine Unterkunft bekommt, aber dort wurden wir super lieb empfangen und vertrauenswürdig behandelt.
