The spacious and tastefully furnished living room features a cozy lounge area with a fireplace, a TV corner, and a dining table offering stunning views of the garden, dunes, and a meadow with horses. The professionally equipped kitchen — including a convection oven, steamer, microwave, dishwasher, and more — completes the comfort.
Around the farmhouse, there’s plenty of space for children to play, including a football goal and a trampoline. There are two terraces, ensuring you always have a perfect place to sit — and one of them is covered. Pure enjoyment awaits!
Please note: This accommodation is located right in the middle of an equestrian center. Therefore, parties and loud music are not allowed. Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM.

"Prima verblijf gehad, alleen weinig badkamers."
Er waren 2 badkamers en dat is niet veel als je met 14 personen bent. Zitmeubilair was niet echt comfortabel, ook de eetkamerstoelen niet. Was wel ruim en de bedden waren prima.

"Geweldige grote boerderij op een prachtige locatie!"
De boerderij is beneden groot en ligt midden tussen de paarden. Op een kleine afstand zit je in het bos en iets verder in de duinen en het strand. Je hebt alle mogelijkheden om buiten te zitten. De paarden staan naast het huis op stal. Gaat allemaal heel vriendelijk maar kan zijn dat je dit in de ochtend hoort. Manege ligt tegenover het huis. Alles is verder op korte afstand.

Ein unfassbar großes Wohnzimmer, das sehr schön eingerichtet ist. alle Böden aus hochwertigen Naturmaterialien. Meist hohe Decken. Ein Gäste WC im Erdgeschoss. Küche ausreichend ausgestattet. Pferdekoppel direkt hinter dem Haus. Wir haben uns trotz einiger kleiner Mängel wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wij waren hier 10 dagen en hadden geen optimal weer. Maar door de grote van het huis kon iedereen zijn plekje vinden. Strakke lijnen en goed plazierte meubels lieten mogelijkheden voor eigen inbreng bij veel licht en ruimte. Ons gevielen de kleuren, de indelingen en de deko. Hier steckt veel liefde in het huis en voor detail. Qualitativ goede meubels / bedden / duvets. Grote kamers met overal talloze kasten. Goede Belüftung möglich. Bij die paar klachten, welke wij hadden, was er werkelijk binnen de kortste keren hulp en oplossingen voorhanden. We voelden ons zeer gast en de bekende „koning“. Kompliment! Veel ruimte om te spelen in en om het huis. Een druk bevaren straat liep vlak langs de boerderij, het was echter veilig voor de kinderen en wij hadden van Strassenlärm echt geen last. Paarden: in de stallingen: direkt aan het huis: geen moeilijkheden. Niet van de paarden, noch van de geur, zeker niet van het personeel/ helpers. Parkeren: met een beetje goede wille konden wij er 3 normale stationauto’s kwijt en een Camper. Dazu 14 fietsen.

Super mooi huis. Heel erg groot. Het is dan ook lastig om alles tot in de puntjes te regelen.
Het huis was verder prima schoon. Tuin zou wel gesnoeid mogen worden. Wat takken van de bomen enzo.
Ligging is top. We hebben een goed verblijf gehad.

De grote ruimte, de paardenstallen voor de kleinkinderen evenals de tuin met de trampoline. de omgeving is prachtig alleen moet je even langs een drukke straat.
