This spacious group accommodation can accommodate up to 12 people. The group accommodation is located in the middle of a recreation area and is suitable for different groups. This way you can spend time with family and friends, both indoors and outdoors. The accommodation consists of 6 cozy 2-person rooms, each equipped with bathroom with shower and toilet. If desired, all beds can be pushed apart. The entire accommodation is on one level and without thresholds.

Upon entering the group accommodation you enter the hall, equipped with toilet, which gives access to the group room of the accommodation. You have a view of the lake, with sunsets and the large recreation field. The central room contains the dining area with spacious kitchen. The large dining table can be used as a long table, but can also be split. The central room also features a pool table. The sitting area is equipped with television with digitenne connection and WIFI. There is a second living room with a (small) bar and lounge. There is a beamer! The bedrooms are equipped for 2 people and each have a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The rooms are equipped with bed linen (duvet + pillow). One bedroom is easily accessible for the disabled and has a spacious bathroom where a wheelchair can turn well. The residence has parking facilities and is equipped with an outdoor terrace, with barbecue, which borders the lake.

Get a breath of fresh air by the sea🌊

The group accommodation is located in the recreation area of Heerhugowaard. From the accommodation it is possible to start a walking or cycling route directly. The terrace offers a view over the lake and the water ski slope (open from April to October) and participation is possible for young and old. The supermarket, bakery and snack bar can be reached on foot. The bus stop with connection to the trains in Alkmaar and Heerhugowaard stops in front of the door. With this bus you can reach the Middenwaard (indoor shopping center) or the center of Alkmaar in 10 minutes with the cheese market on Fridays in the summer. A breath of fresh air on the beach is possible on the beach across the street.
