This rural 24-person family villa was built in 2018 just outside picturesque Den Burg. Equipped with every luxury and has a real Texel look. 

A group accommodation on Texel with sauna

From these family villas you have a view over the Texel landscape! You have access to a very spacious living room with lovely sofas and comfortable chairs at the large dining tables. With two mirrored open kitchens that are fully equipped. Outside you can relax on the terrace. It is possible to reserve a BBQ, ideal for a long summer evening in the Texel outdoors. All twelve bedrooms have their own bathroom with wellness shower. Two downstairs bedrooms are suitable for people who are less mobile. There is also a sauna in the group accommodation.

Rural surroundings with a grandiose swimming pond on site. A lovely walking garden and some playground equipment for the children.

This family villa is centrally located within walking distance of Den Burg. Texel may be the largest Wadden Island, but it is perfectly possible to explore the island on foot or by bike from your holiday home. For the children, Ecomare is an absolute must. On that side of the island you will also find the dunes and the extensive sandy beaches. Are you going out with an active group? Then go mudflat hiking or take the speedboat to sail at high speed towards sandbanks with seals.
