Attractive group accommodation in a very large welcoming house with many rooms, a monumental dune farm with modern extension, in the middle of the greenery of the North Holland Dune Reserve. You will stay here with a maximum of 23 people, in a unique, historic place near the sea. A special location with a lot of personality, for away days, family reunions or retreat groups.

Stay with atmosphere, comfort and space for everyone 🛏️

Combining charm with comfort, this group accommodation can accommodate up to 23 people in 19 bedrooms. The huge kitchen is professionally equipped with combi-steam oven, fast dishwasher and all necessary appliances. You will find no less than five living rooms: a spacious orangery with wood-burning fireplace, rural dining room, intimate pantry, library, and bedstead room. Five bedrooms have their own sanitary facilities. If you come with nine guests, everyone has a room with their own or adjacent sanitary facilities. From ten guests you share the facilities. The greenery immediately around this house is vulnerable. Sports and games are not allowed here. A five-minute walk away is a large playing field in the dunes. Therefore, this location is not suitable for groups with (many) young children.

During the booking process, you can opt for a number of luxury upgrades, such as the use of the sauna with cold water tub, bucket and outdoor shower, the WMF coffee machine for all kinds of delicious specialties, having your bed made or receiving day visitors. The basic rental price already includes linen packages and the use of a filter coffee machine.

For business stays on weekdays, you need to book the large meeting room or auditorium of 90 m². Presentation screen, flipcharts with paper and markers, and tables and chairs are included.

One step outside the door and you are in the vast North Holland Dune Reserve. Take a walk right through this Natura 2000 area to the quiet beach or opt for more liveliness at a beach pavilion just a ten-minute drive away. Or just stay on the site itself: a green oasis with a soothing fountain and plenty of space to relax. Everything here is taken care of and arranged down to the last detail.
