The accommodation is located in a rural area and directly next to the yard of a dairy farm. It is suitable for groups of 10 to 25 persons. Aside from groups consisting of families with (small) children, the accommodation is also suitable for groups that value space, peace and a view.
A group accommodation in Brabant with a spacious outdoor area
The group accommodation consists of a central room containing a dining room/kitchen and toilet. On the 1st floor is a lounge, TV and games room. You have a choice: the entire accommodation with the entire grounds exclusively for your group or part of the accommodation for your group. You sleep in one of the log cabins situated in a semi-circle around the central area. There is one double bed on the ground floor. The sleeping loft has three single beds. The log cabins also have a 6-person dining area, a kitchenette with fridge and a toilet with hand basin. The group accommodation and the log cabins have a (partly) covered terrace with garden furniture. Smoking is not allowed inside the group accommodation. The sanitary facilities are located in a separate room. The sanitary facilities have underfloor heating. In the spacious outdoor area there is some playing equipment for children and a shed with, among other things, go-karts, a scooter and balls. There is a fire pit. There is also a mini campsite (10 places) on the site. You can book the entire site (group accommodation + campsite) exclusively for your group (surcharge) and/or you can (in consultation) add your own camping equipment. Campers also use the sanitary facilities. For exclusive use of the site, you pay a double supplement for weekly rentals. The standard price assumes use of the central area and the 5 log cabins.

Outings in the area: The accommodation is located on the hub bicycle route, Stadje Grave, Recreational pond De Kuulen, Recreational parks De Bergen and Het Hemelrijk, Zooparc Overloon Libertypark Overloon, canoeing on the Raam, visit to the cattle farm(er), Molenheide forests and Bowling lane Erica.
