Next to a nature reserve, this country house is suitable for groups of up to 16 people. This group accommodation is very suitable for groups of family and friends. There are many walking and cycling opportunities from the group accommodation. There are many facilities for children in the field of sports and games.
A group accommodation in Brabant with many play facilities 
There is a large living room with a sitting area and a dining area. From the conservatory you have a view over the garden and the surroundings. In addition, there is a fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 double rooms on the ground floor, a toilet and a bathroom adapted for disabled people. On the 1st floor are 4 bedrooms, a shower and a toilet. There is a recreation room right next to the country house with a football game etc. There is playground equipment available including a slide, swing, football game and trampoline.

The country house is partly surrounded by areas of nature monuments with forest edges and drifting sand ridges. A short distance away is the Hemelrijk Recreation Park in Volkel (11 km), a true paradise for children. There are also various water sports available such as: water skiing and swimming at 10 min. walking distance (Rooyse plas). In consultation with the owner, a covered wagon ride can be made.

"Prachtige locatie voor iedereen groot en klein."
Het vakantiehuis is compleet en voorzien van alle gemakken. Voor de kinderen speeltuintje, trampoline, skelters en fietsjes. Voor de iets grotere, voetbal en volleybalveld. Tafelvoetbal en pingpongtafel. Ook IKEA stoeltjes voor de allerkleintjes en campingbedjes.

"Mooi ruim huis met hele fijne ruime tuin met veel speelmogelijkheden"
Huis ligt mooi vrij geen buren . In tuinhuis staan fietsjes en step etc ook tafeltennis en tafelvoetbal . buiten veel ruimte om te spelen en te zitten met genoeg schaduwplekken. In huis ook kast vol spellen en speelgoed voor de kleinere. slaapkamers oké en ook de badkamers zijn fijn. iedere slaapkamer heeft een wastafel. Keuken voldoende aanwezig. Genoten van ons verblijf. Mochten ook een zwembadje opzetten . helemaal top met 30 graden.

De ligging is fantastisch.
Het huis is gezellig en comfortabel ingericht met houtkachel in de zithoek. Indeling is heel praktisch. Geschikt voor jong en oud.
Daarnaast biedt de inrichting de mogelijkheid om in verschillende kleinere groepen naast elkaar iets te doen.
Een absolute plus is dat elke slaapkamer z'n eigen wastafel heeft, waardoor de doorstroming in de badkamers vlot verloopt.

De grote ruimte buiten is geweldig. De kinderen konden de hele dag buiten sporten en spelen.
De bedden zijn ook super.
Sanitair is fris en schoon.
Fijne keuken met oven en gasfornuis.
Alles is in ruime mate aanwezig.
