This farm is suitable for both small and larger groups up to 18 people, and is located in a unique region next to a nature reserve with drift sand ridges. This accommodation is very suitable for families, groups of friends, but also for meetings.

There is a living room with a sitting area around the fireplace, and a dining area for up to 18 people. There is also a bar. In addition, there is a fully equipped kitchen. The accommodation has 7 spacious bedrooms, all with private shower and toilet. All bedrooms are located on the second floor. There are 18 permanent single beds available, and it is possible to expand this number with 2 extra beds. You have a view over the nature reserve from the conservatory. The conservatory can be heated. Outside, there are game and sports facilities. For the youth, there is a trampoline, foosball, pinball machine, toys, mini golf, and pétanque. If desired, you and your group can bake bread in a nostalgic bakery.
Go on various cycling and hiking trips together
There are many hiking and cycling opportunities in the nature reserves. At a short distance, you will find the recreation park Hemelrijk in Volkel (7 mi), a true paradise for children. Additionally, there are also various water sports options, such as water skiing and swimming at a mere 10 minutes walking distance (Rooyse lake). A covered wagon tour can be arranged in consultation with the owner. There is a large playground in the village.

"Een fijne locatie waardoor ons familieweekend nog meer glans kreeg"
Met de hele familie, leeftijden van 0 tot 95 en van alles ertussen in. Voor elk wat wils: speeltuintje voor de kids buiten, veel spelletjes, mooie omgeving met een onmisbare waterplas om de hoek, goed geoutilleerde keuken, prettige indeling in de woonkamer, veel slaapkamers wat ook privacy gaf. Daarnaast prettig contact met de eigenaren, attente mensen die meedenken. En ook nog eens echt schoon opgeleverd!

"Pracht locatie en schitterend onderkomen. "
Iedereen (kleinkinderen 12 tot 21 jaar ) kinderen (bijna middelbaar) en oma, allemaal waren ze heel enthousiast. Snookertafel, tafelvoetbalspel en tafeltennis , geweldig. En dan bij iedere slaapkamer een natte cel. Een aanrader, dit adres!!

Wij zaten met twee gezinnen in deze accommodatie. Er was plek genoeg voor iedereen aan de eettafel. Wij konden zelfs op de extra tafel spelletjes doen met elkaar en/of puzzelen zonder dat dat telkens opgeruimd hoefde te worden. Dat alle stellen een eigen badkamer hadden was heel prettig. Buiten was er genoeg zitruimte (zowel in de zon als in de schaduw). Wij hadden de speeltoestellen niet nodig (er waren alleen volwassenen), maar het zag er prima uit. We hebben een wandeling gemaakt in de omgeving en die was erg mooi. We hebben gebruik gemaakt van het biljart, van de tafelvoetbaltafel, van de pingpongtafel en van de sjoelbak. Het werd een mooie spelletjescompetitie!
Je hebt veel privacy en dat is erg prettig.
