There is a large living room with a sitting area and dining area for 26 people. There is also a bar. In addition, there is a fully equipped kitchen. The accommodation has 10 double rooms, each equipped with shower and toilet. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one bedroom of which has been adapted, possibly for wheelchair users. Eight bedrooms are located on the first floor. On the second floor there are 2 more bedrooms with sink. There are also 2 beds and a sink on the loft on the 2nd floor. From the living room you have a view over the nature reserve. There is playground equipment available including a trampoline, table tennis and table football.

The holiday home is partly surrounded by areas of nature monuments with forest edges and drifting sand ridges. A short distance away is the Hemelrijk Recreation Park in Volkel (11 km), a true paradise for children. Various water sports are also possible such as: water skiing and swimming at 10 min. walking distance (Rooye plas). In consultation with the owner, a covered wagon ride can be made.
