This beautiful historic estate is suitable for up to 30 people and is secluded in a vast green landscape on the river Geul. The complex was built around 1750 and has since been restored and tastefully decorated. The estate is located on a plot of over 5 hectares and is surrounded by its rolling garden and fruit orchard.

The group accommodation is located in the southernmost point of the Netherlands and is completely secluded and has remained resilient through all the storms of time. Previously, the complex consisted of a house with horse stables, bakehouse, cowshed and a large barn. The estate is ideal if you are looking for optimal privacy. The living room is spacious and high and attractively decorated, there is also a spacious dining room with plenty of space. From all rooms in the complex you can enjoy a beautiful view. The formerly agricultural buildings have been transformed into beautiful guest rooms and offer a wonderful stay with 11 guest rooms, all equipped with their own luxury bathroom. The large barn (can be rented extra) is now furnished as a beautiful reception room, where you can be together for recreation or to have a nice dinner. There is a spacious terrace, playground and beautiful courtyard. It is possible on request to do an extension with 2 cottages. You can then stay with 40 people. Ask about the possibilities.

The group accommodation is located close to the Belgian border and beautifully next to the Geul, in the most hilly and southern part of the Heuvelland, near Epen. Epen is also known as the southernmost village in the Netherlands, and is known for its characteristic half-timbered houses and of course its beautiful nature. There are many nice cafes and restaurants, where you can socialize with each other. The forests in each direction of Epen are called, the Kruisbos, the Vijlnerbos, the TLower Bosch, the Upper Bosch and the Schweibergerbos.
